Dr Shiveta Razdan is trained breast oncoplastic surgeon. She completed her undergraduate and post graduate training in general surgery from Jammu University. She did her senior residency from Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. She had a keen interest in breast surgery for which she joined as a breast fellow in Medanta, Hospital, Gurgaon. She worked there for 7 years as Attending Consultant and Associate Consultant.

She did her MRCS in General Surgery from Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and went to train as Oncoplastic breast fellow in United Kingdom. There, she worked in South Tees Trust and James Cook Hospital, Middlesborough and Frimley Health Foundation Trust in Windsor. She is trained to do oncoplastic breast surgery, sentinel node biopsy, management of benign breast diseases, partial breast reconstruction, implant-based reconstruction. She passed her fellowship in European Board of Surgery in Breast Surgery offered by UEMS(The European Union for Surgical Specialties) which is the highest standard of care in breast surgery in Europe.
